    i am currently taking the slimquick hoodia i havnt had any side effects except for the diuretic effect it has i still havnt finished my first bottle but i have lsot already 2 pounds since i started i do diet i count my calories and i also excercise about 5-6 times a week i alternate between tae bo and a mile walk with yoga so i really cant tell at this point if its the slimquick or the whole combination once im done with the bottle i'll let you know the results after this bottle

    sorry if i wasnt much help lol but this is all i know so far :happy:
