Calories in pure cod liver oil and multi-vitamins

Can anyone shed light on this? How many cals are in seven seas pure cod liver oil and are there cals in multi- vitamin supplements...? I am clueless!

    Unless you are taking a huge amount of multi vitamins per day I would think the calorie amount is too insignificant to worry about.

    Don't know about cod liver oil

    It's in the database. 9 calories per capsule apparently.

    Depends how much oil is in the capsule. Fat has 9 cals per gram though, so if your capsule is 1g of cod liver oil, then it should be around 9 cals. I do log mine, but mostly to help me remember to take them. If you're just talking about a gram or two of fish oil, then the amount of calories is negligible anyway and I wouldn't worry too much.
