Hi

All I just wanted to share my story so far, I've been doing this since July 2013, so have been on a Diet for 10months now.

I was diagnosed with a heart problem when I was younger which then gave me a fear of exercising too much, this made me gain weight and loss confidence.

After meeting my Hero Eve Myles last year I looked at my photos and was upset to find my picture I've always wanted with her was ruined by my many chins, hence the sudden inspiration of my weight loss.

Not going to lie its been difficult at times but I've changed from a girl who hated P.E at school to someone who goes to the gym 2-3 times a week, swimming, badminton and yoga.

I feel like a different person.

My starting weight was 13stone 10lbs.

Here I am now at 10st 9lbs with just 4lbs left to go to get to my goal weight of my NHS healthy weight
