Looking for a meal schedule

Hi, I am looking for simple meals that meet this goal for nutrition, and general nutrition for a day.

I don't know the first thing about balancing meals, or meal preparation.

    as long as you hit your goal protein fat and carbs per day it doesn't matter how you space them out during the day so balanced meals shouldn't be too high on your priority list. Just make some steak or chicken or fish or another protein source, add some carbs rice pasta potatoes then if you're low on protein greek yogurt is great and fruits are fantastic for extra carbs that you need. It doesn't matter when you eat the food, as long as you eat it, or don't eat it.
