The last ten pounds

Since January I've lost nearly 30lbs but now I'm at my last 10 pounds and it's not shifting. It's been about a month and I've lost 1lb, no matter how much I exercise or eat. I know it takes time but has anyone got tips before my motivation goes completely :(

    I have been on mfp on and off for several years, and really only have about 10-15 pounds to lose. I know for me, once I get to the "only 5-10 pounds left" mark, it won't come off unless I am exercising and staying within the "macros," which for me means eating very "clean." It's hard. Which is why I am still here and haven't succeeded yet!

    I finally got to the "last 10lbs" a few months ago... Then stagnated, and had the odd slip up... :sad:

    I know how you feel... But dont quit, you'll get there..

    Possibly shake your exercise regeim up a bit.

    Im about to attempt the 60 day Insanity workout... *heres hoping* :devil:

    Congratulations on the first 30. What if the last ten took a year, would you stick to it?
