One Year Progress!

I've made a lot of progress within the last year and although I still have a lot more to make I'm proud of what I've accomplished so far! I started at 206 and I'm currently at 141!

    Your starting weight and body shape are very similar to mine. Your after pic gives me the motivation to get back at it! You look fantastic!

    Any details on how you achieved your success?

    A lot less junk food, got really strict on cutting all the junk food out of my diet! And I started to run and lift a little! I got myself into a routine and that really helped me stay on track with eating right and exercising!
