1 year down! Success story!

It's my turn I guess! I will make it short!

Last March - I decided to get healthier - for my daughter's sake. I got myself a jawbone UP bracelet and started walking my 10 000 steps everyday. I would not go to bed until I had all my steps! A month later, for my husband's birthday, I got him a bracelet as well - it's much easier to do this with someone else...

A couple months later, I could see weight coming off- it's really not magic - move more! So, a couple months later, I got a food scale and we started keeping track of everything that went in our mouths.

In August I started "running" - could last a whole 20 seconds =) I now run 5 km regularly - I've even done 10km! Who would've thought?!

It's now been a year- I've passed my goal weight, I run - which I never thought would be possible, I feel and look great!

Pictures of me are quite rare... but here are two I found.

    The weight loss shows a lot in your faces.

    I too have very few pictures of myself, but I had someone take a (sort of) before picture of me a couple weeks ago, when I was down 20 lb. Hopefully in a few more months I'll get another picture, then another...
