Encouragement Needed

I have yet again decided to try! It seems it has been so hard to muster the necessary motivation. I'm not sure why. A couple of years ago, I tried a new birth control and gained weight. I have been off it for over a year now and am still having a difficult time succeeded losing weight like I had previous to taking that birth control. The weight just seems to not go down so I get discouraged, give up and resign myself to being fat. Maybe there are others who have experienced the same thing and can offer some advice and/or encouragement.

Have you had your thyroid checked? If not, I would rule that out.0

Maybe trying seeing a dietician? There maybe foods or beverages you are consuming that maybe hindering your weightloss?0

Do you log all your food intake (weighing your food) and activity on MFP? Honestly? If you've been doing that, and staying under your calorie intake goal, then yes, I would consult a doctor.0
