I have it synched up to mfp so do I change my activity level to sedentary and let it add in the calories automatically or do I keep it at at lightly active where I have always had it?

I left mine set for a calorie goal above my bmr and turned off negative negative adjustments (so it wouldn't steal calories from me). It ended up working out just fine, I usually burn 22-2400 calories a day. I log all my food on mfp, but pay close attention to the calorie in/out meter and meal plan allotment on fitbit and would try to stay within fitbit's ranges for the day. I has worked out well for me so far.
Enjoy your fitbit!0 -
wear it for a week and log your exercises. don't try to adjust anything yet. <<<REALLY
be sure to log in one app - either mfp or fitbit. i prefer fitbit.
come back in a week with some numbers. fitbit sends you a nice weekly summary report. this will be great info to base your decisions on how to move forward!!
also, so many folks make this so complicated... so please skip those posts!! haha0
