    Turbo Jam !! They burn alot of calories and are super cheap on amazon.com :)

    You should invest in some of the Jillian Michaels DVD's. 30 Day Shred, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I also really enjoy the Billy's Bootcamp and Jackie Warner's Xtreme workout. Any of the Biggest Loser Ones too.

    Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire or if you want to tone (which you will lose fat) I highly suggest ChaLEAN Extreme. I am on my second round of it. (First Round I lost over 15 inches)

    You can't go wrong with Jillian Michaels or Jackie Warner. I know about a dozen people who are raving about P90x, too, but I haven't tried it yet.

    Leslie Sansone Walk Away the pounds DVD's series. She has many of them, here are a few of my favorites. (pasted from another post) Plus she is very inspirational too.

    1 and 2 mile Express ( I think she has 3 and 4 mile express also, but I don't have those, I have enough) I use this for when I want something nice, quick and easy. She features the stretchie band in this series.

    Walk Slim Series - these feature hit music, like I feel good, we are family. These are at a faster pace and you really get a good burn and the music is fun too. I have the 1, 2, and 3 miles (on one DVD) and the 4 miles on one DVD -- On this 4 mile DVD she has a 1 mile jog DVD that is good for those trying to get into jogging.

    Walk Slim Series - I also have the FAST and FIRM - 4 Really BIG miles. It is truly challenging

    5 - DAY FIT WALK - This one you use weights with it and it is wonderful. You get 5 different workouts on 1 DVD and I use 3 of them the most. The other 2 sometimes when I am looking for a switch up or something.

    Walk Away the Pounds fo ABS - It has 3 workouts on 1 DVD
  • I love the Biggest Loser one I have, keen to get Jillian Michaels Shred as well.
  • I would have to agree with everyone else, Jillian Michael's all the way.
    I own almost all of hers and my favorite was 30 Day Shred.
    the biggest looser cardio jam was good as well.

    As much as I worked out to Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, I didn't see much of a difference. Yes, I lost weight, but I didn't tone up as much as I should have. And after time, it REALLY bothered my knees. Two months into it, (30 Day Shred? HA, not so much)
    I've worked out to other DVDs, but hands down, my favourite, and the one I noticed the most difference with, was Denise Austin's Personal Training System. You can customize the intensity (low, medium and high) and has segments for: cardio, upper body, lower body, abs, and stretch.
    I highly recommend this DVD (and her Boot Camp dvd) to ANYONE. Even those who are just starting out. Good luck!

    I do Zumba at home. My instructor made a DVD and sold them. It's a ton of fun. I would recommend getting one.

    I have the Dancing with the Stars one by Cheryl Burke.. i like it!! just dont do it alot.. Videos at home are hard to do if you dont have the space.
