A salad that doesn't feel like you're on a diet

Sprinkle balsamic vinegar on 1.5 cups spinach. cut up 6 cherries (they have them at costco now, but you can also use craisins all year round) and 3 oz chicken breast from rotisserie chicken. Top with 1 tbsp Kirkland brand (cibo naturals) pesto sauce (in the refrigerated area next to hommus) and mix it all up. It's the pesto that makes the salad! so much better taste than any dressing I use.
So delicious, and only about 300 calories

Sounds deelish - although will have to make mine sans the chicken as I don't eat red or white meat! :flowerforyou:0
