Hello it me I am noo too cos of an overindulged xmas!!

Hello I put on 8 pound over xmas and had three stone to lose before that so I have to get my *kitten* in gear and get this weight off - I put the weight on after giving up smoking - very pleased with myself for doing this but its time to kick my *kitten* and lose the weight !!!!

First of All congrats for quitting smoking!! This is a huge accomplishment in itself. Xmas time is easy to put on additional weight. I did the same as well. Keep motivated. Take some walks and just watch what you eat. You should be able to lose 8 lbs in a month (2lbs a week) with moderate to mild exercise. Obviously it will come off faster the more you exercise. I am pulling for you!0
