What should I do and what do you think?

Hi I was wondering why you think I should do. Should I lose weight or do you think I am skinny already? My measurements are 5ft3in. 30 in bust,23 inch waist, 19 inch at top thighs an 18 inch in middle. Not sure what my weight is.

    It doesn't matter a rat's *kitten* what anyone else thinks. Are YOU happy with the way you look and feel? That is the only valid question.

    Exactly. Further, are you happy with what your body can DO? I tell my clients to focus less on the scale and more on the things they can do with their body. What do you want to do? Pull-ups? Surf? Find something more meaningful to focus on and your body and mind will reap the benefits.

    If you are overweight then you'll need to eat at a calorie deficit to lose weight.

    According to your measurements you are prob a size 0 or 2. I would say your probably very thin and don't need to lose anymore

    I think you should turn off the computer and speak to a professional. I haven't seen enough to make a call about whether that professional needs to specialize in body image issues or athletic training, but I do know that random internet strangers aren't going to have the answer to your question.

    For the love of god why? Why do you want to be smaller? At least give us a reason for your mission to resemble a skeleton.
