Can you lose weight without exercising if you eat 1,900 calories a day?
If so how long would it last?
about a month?

I'm 5' 11"
and 185

That question requires context. If 1,900 calories is below a person's TDEE, then yes, they will lose weight until their TDEE is equal to 1,900.

    Your pretty tall.

    I think you would.

Do a TDEE calculator online. Then you will have some idea.

It is totally possible to lose weight without exercising. I've done it before due to an injury. It's not the best and doesn't yield the best results but it can be done and for some is better than the alternative.

Check this out. Enter your information and it will give you your TDEE, or total daily energy expenditure. This is the amount of calories your body burns just by you being alive. If you eat more than that you will gain weight, less than that to lose. Or more exercise to burn more calories.
