Polar FT7 Help!!!!

The watch part said to check the heart transmitter so I did.

I rewet the strap no luck.

So I got a new battery now I can't get the door to close.....Help!!!

I've not needed to replace my FT7 battery yet, but looking at the battery set from Polar, there is an o-ring that comes with it that must also be replaced. Perhaps the o-ring is not seated correctly, preventing the door from being closed. http://www.polarusa.com/us-en/products/accessories/battery_set_for_FT7_and_FT4

I had to replace both batteries (watch & Monitor) I couldn't get mine off in the first place, I had to go to the mall to have it done I have FT40.
