So after a whole week of eating very well and keeping within calorie limit, last night I decided to have an indulgence meal and had...
About 800 calories of cinnamon pancakes (4), one banana, full fat greek yoghurt and honey. It was SO GOOD, and I ate til I actually felt really full. I hardly ever do that!
Sometimes it does you good to overindulge - for your own sanity.

Yummy. Saying no would have been insane.
The way I see it - 85 -90% nutritionious foods - 10-15% indulgence.0 -
Did I have a burrito, taco & a healthy helping of corn chips & queso.
I sure did.
Do I regret it?

We went to a seafood place and I had a big crab cake wrap and fries. I regret nothing0

Last night I ate 6 peanut butter pop tarts and counted it as breakfast... But then I was at uni all day so it fit into my day and I only got hungry at around 2 pm.0
