So after a whole week of eating very well and keeping within calorie limit, last night I decided to have an indulgence meal and had...

About 800 calories of cinnamon pancakes (4), one banana, full fat greek yoghurt and honey. It was SO GOOD, and I ate til I actually felt really full. I hardly ever do that!

Sometimes it does you good to overindulge - for your own sanity.

    I agree. My little kids bought me a giant cheese croissant for Mother's Day, how could I say no?

    yesterday i went fishing and over dosed on cheese curds and pepperettes, no regrets here lol

    Yummy. Saying no would have been insane.

    The way I see it - 85 -90% nutritionious foods - 10-15% indulgence.

    Last night I ate 6 peanut butter pop tarts and counted it as breakfast... But then I was at uni all day so it fit into my day and I only got hungry at around 2 pm.
