Tracking calories

Just curious as to how others add calories to their diary....
Do you add before you eat them or after....

I tend to add before I eat so I know how much I'm eating.....

  • That is what I try to do. That way I know what I can have and have allotted for. Only been on here two days and so far it has helped.

    I make a plan for my entire day ahead of time. That way I always know I'm not over my allowed calories for the day.

    I do both.. breakfast and lunch I do before. It just works better for me because of my work schedule and I know what I have left for my dinner. Dinner gets added after.
