It depends. I'm guessing it's not the best idea because it's not the easiest stuff to digest in the world (at least that's what I have found). Why not increase the size of your breakfast (like an extra piece of toast or something) and add a few extra snacks to make up the difference instead?0

Yeah one of my pals told me about bare naked granola i may add that to the mix. thanks!0 -
first I think you should check how it fits into your recommended protein for the day, too much protein is not good for your kidneys, but even if it works I think you would be more satisfied and better nourished more variety.
best of luck finding food that works for you!0 -
i suggest that if you want to ump your protein you get it from whole foods, those shakes have too many junk to take 3x's a day.0

Unless you need the extra protein, there are healthier ways to add calories. Extra protein is "flushed" from your body so if you don't need it, you're wasting your money on the protein powder.
Also, increasing it that much may give you bad gas or stomach pains.0 -

I agree that your body will just flush out any protein your body doesn't need so it is wasted money. Why not add some almond milk to your protein shake, brown whole grain rice to dinner, another egg to breakfast, etc. Try to add in whole foods, rather than more shakes. You're doing great at eating regular meals though!0 -
