I love my family, but...
(1) You really should eat more. You're looking really thin.
(2) You're going to eat that! I thought you didn't eat cake or sweets.
(3) If you eat too much of that (the thing he is currently eating), you'll gain weight.
(4) So, you do the same workout routine every week? Your body is going to get used to it, and it'll stop burning the calories because it's trying to preserve itself.
(5) You should lift.
(6) You have man arms...You should stop lifting.

sounds like my family! about 2 years ago, i got "you look like a hippo, you need to lose weight!"
and now i get "you look ill, you need to put weight on!"

I can relate to number 2 and 3.
I am going to add some more:
(7) It must be really nice to be able to eat what you want and still lose weight. (I was eating a minted lamb burger with sweet potato chips in a restaurant. I had eaten lightly all day and walked 6 miles in the morning, so I could have it).
(8) Weight loss is easy for you, you have time to exercise. (This coming from a family member who has no job and does nothing but play on Facebook all day)0 -

I have to add:
-You know, you can really boost your weight loss by buying this detox cleanse kit thing I saw on the Dr. Oz show. It cleanses all of your toxins and you can lose 12 pounds in the first week. I can order you one of the kits if you want, I DVRed that episode if you want to go watch it.

I heard this weekend "Kids can eat however much they want to". I said I was at the kids talent show last week and you wouldn't believe how overweight the vast majority of the kids were. Thankfully, my wife is really good about feeding the kids healthy and they are not overweight.0
