New but Not Really

Hi everyone!
I started using MFP over a year and a half ago and I owe much of my weight loss success to this app. I started using MFP after I lost about 20 pounds and then I was very avid with it until I lost another 50 pounds. In total I am down about 100lbs which I am very happy about but I still have a long way to go. I felt like a new person after dropping all that weight and it seems like I just kind of gave up. I have not gained any of my weight back but I feel very stuck. It has been almost a year now and I am in the same 10lb weight range. I thought by now I would have reached my overall goal but I haven't and it is getting me down. Instead of dwelling though I am determined to get back on track. These last pounds are a lot harder to lose than I could have ever imagined so getting back on track this time means I have to change up some of the things I did before. I had support during my previous weight loss efforts but I thought now it would be a good idea to reach out to some new people.
My goal is to lose 25 pounds this summer but I will need all the help I can get! I am open to any suggestions as far as diet and exercise plans/advice so if you have something that really worked for you please feel free to share :)
Also, if anyone wants to just talk and keep each other motivated that would be awesome too!!

    Hey there,

I am also new to the site. I signed up but never got the hang of it and am tired of not losing weight but trying on my own. I know some people that have lost weight thanks to all the help they got from MFP.
I need to lose 90lbs. I want to get healthy and in shape.
I have done at home DVD's like 30 day shred and some Bob Harper Intense Cardio. It gets my heart rate way up, sweating a lot and heavy breathing of course. I just find it ahrd to stick with it. I will ended up getting too sore and not sure if I should skip my workout and take it easy then I seem to fall off the wagon. I am wondering if I need to just suck it up and stick to it or try a gym membership? Anyone have success stories with at home workouts? I have heard people say they just dont work.
Also any tips on what I should be eating? or how much to eat. I need help and any input is greatly apperciated :):)

    thanks
