I am a bit discouraged with my behavior towards loosing weight... my goal is to loose 55 pounds, last year it was 50 pounds and the year before 45 pounds......like you see, I am not going in the good direction. The beginning of the year is good, usually I loose around 10 pounds but I am taking them back quick.... Lack of day to day motivation. This program seams simple. I like the fact that I can use my Ipod to make my updates.... every night before I go to sleep, I recap my day...... It is easy and fun. I just need to keep going.... This board will help me to feel not alone in my trip.
I added this program in my Ipod 3 days ago and in my computer tonight..... I hope using it in 6 months, that will mean I found my motivator.
Thank you to be there!

  • I never really stuck to any weight loss until I joined this site. Tracking my calories and all the support keeps me motivated :) Best of luck with everything!

I love this site. In fact, after 1 year I exceeded my original goal of losing just 20 lbs & found that I can look and feel better than I EVER did! And, I just upgraded my phone to an iPhone 4 so I can log MFP wherever I go - no excuses. I'm now working on my last 8 lbs (OK, it's really 11 since I gained back 3 over the Holidays from too much sodium but I should lose it by next week by being more conciencouse).

Welcome & good luck! You CAN do this - it may be slow going at first, but once you start & make some friends it helps SOOO much :flowerforyou:

This site will be really helpful. I took time off for the holidays and gained 5 of the 6 pounds I had lost. I am now back to watching what I eat and exercising. Set small goals and you will really start to see results. Good luck!
