i took my before pics today. nothing puts how much weight you need to lose into perspective quite like taking a pic of you in a bathing suit. my plan is to post this pic on the refrigerator.

I took a before pic in my workout clothes. Not brave enough for a bikini!!!0

I have pics from when I was bigger and I use those as motivation...I also have some from when I lost 30 lbs and use them as motivation and drive to get there again0

I keep a before picture on my fridge, so I may NEVER forget. Oooh is it a good deterrent or what!0
