IDK but when I do mine I wear an heart rate monitor so I enter each workout seperately as I burn differently each one. For example:

    Core Syn 1 = 372
    Cardio X 1 = 354
    Etc.

Well ok I've only done two so far so.... but that's my plan :)

There is an option under the exercise tab that says u can enter the names on your own. That is what people are doing.

I've entered all the P90X workouts and used "equivalents" from the exercise database. I can't afford a heart rate monitor right now but I think it's still a fairly accurate estimate.

Do your best and forget the rest! P90X, baby!
