Apparently with about ten minutes left in the 3rd period, the Penguins realized that this was a game 7 and not just another Tuesday night game in early February. Of course, it wasn't soon enough for them. Pathetic showing all around.0 -

I encounter that as well, but I am certainly not among them. They certainly are capable of being amazing, but they haven't played well for quite awhile. And as for the coach, I wanted them to make a change years ago.0 -

Rumor said he was going to be gone if they didn't win.... I think its ridiculous that ppl blame a loss on the goalie when none of the team was playing defense (and not just the Pens)! I love my Pens, but Crosby is way over rated, Letang should be done and I think Fleury did the best he could with what was given!!
I wouldn't go as far to say Crosby is over rated, but he certainly had a horrible playoffs. It sure would be nice to see him protected. He is taking shots to the back of the head and there is no retaliation. Also, how about knocking people down when they are in front of the net?
I was never a fan of Letang. His hot dog style of play gives up just as many goals as it creates.0
