So I am on the 1200 calorie day but I'll get up to around 1200 calories (give or take a few calories each day) but when I put in my exercise info, it'll drop and when I finish my log, it says that I am eating to few calories. Shouldn't it just be the calories before you exercise? Hopefully you can understand that. I don't write really well.

No, you should be eating back your exercise calories, if I understand correctly. MFP already figures in a calorie deficit, so the equation should be (cals. eaten + excercises cals. = total eaten). HTH!0
