Could I have some advice on activity level?

Hi guys,

I'm male, 5.7 and 170lbs. My goal weight is 160lbs.

I have my activity level set at sedentary, as I'm not currently working. Day to day, though, I walk briskly for around an hour and a half as my means of getting around, which I DO NOT log as exercise. I also run 5-6 days a week, which I do log, and eat 50-75% of my exercise calories back. I also do some resistance training.

Should I set my activity level to lightly active? My calorie goal is 1570. Only at my last weigh in I'd lost close to 3lbs in one week!

I'm aware that losing weight quickly leads to muscle loss and damage to metabolism.

So do you guys think my calorie goal may be a bit low?
