52% body fat??? Excuse me while I go dig a hole to hide in, ugh. Motivation to keep my flabby *kitten* going to the gym I guess:(

    I was gonna say the same. In your pic you do not look near that body fat%.

    If it's one of those hand held devices telling you this, it can be off as much as 5 to 10% so don't take it as the truth.

    It's possible to be that high though as a gal at my work is nearly that high and she started working out. If you don't exercise at all and have a desk job, it's very possible that it is that high. I see you have kids so I would assume you are running around after them though and in your pic you don't look that heavy/flabby.

    I used measurements and a calculator...That picture is about 12 lbs below what I am right now and even at that it is a deceiving picture...

    The best way to get body fat % is underwater weighing. It is also so expensive that pro athlete do not use this method anymore. The next best way in hop into the bod pod. It does give body fat% but does not give lean muscle mass. These test are anywhere from 40 to 60 in my location. I am not too sure about yours.
