    WAy to go!! You look amazing!! Thanks for sharing your story with us, it helps to know that we arent' alone..I too am struggling with the scale not moving as fast as I'd like, but it is going down...I'm 24 pounds down since I started and get frustrated, but I won't give up..I too have some health issues that make the weight loss harder, but coming onto MFP boards puts a smile on my face!! Thanks for the reminder that s:drinker: :drinker: low and steady wins the race!!

    Its taken me almost a year to lose what I have,a nd it all came off in the first few months. After that no loss and just inches. So dont look too much into the scale. Just revel in what you can do today that you couldnt do yesterday. For me it was walking, it was breathing, it was sitting on top of my leg and it not falling asleep, it was fitting into a movie theatre chair, it was fitting into an airport seat. Those things mean so much more then that number..so dont get to focused on that. Focus on your health and it will follow :)

    you are so awesome and definitely a huge inspiration for me! my start weight was 271 and right now I'm at 242ish. I'm aiming for around 180 or whenever I feel content lol. keep up the awesome work!!!
