I have gotten all kinds of advice on how much I should eat but it is all over the place. So I am just confused. I do not want to use the MFP method and prefer to use the TDEE with my activity included. If I give you my stats can you tell me how many calories I should be eating??

5'3
163 lbs
32 yrs old
25 lbs to lose
Doing a dumbbell full body workout 3 times a week (about 45 min) and cardio (45 min - 1 hr) twice a week.

Thank you! I guess I am eating the right amount. I get people telling me I eat too much before, I go down and then some say I eat to little. I figured I was doing something wrong.

You will get different advice from different people. It is the same with the weight loss tools. Different sites will give different numbers. The best way to know if you are doing it correctly is by tracking and not guessing. When you look back over the data, you will be able to easily point out any issues.

Yes I am definitely weighing and tracking properly now. It has only been a week of doing it exactly right, so I have time to see if it works. I feel better now :) Thank you

Thanks! I have actually been using that or the Scooby site for a couple of weeks now. I just wanted to see if people were going to give me different responses here as to how much I should be eating.
