Hey MFP- I'm sure some of you have seen my progress posts through out the last year but today marks my 1 year mark of counting calories, working out regularly and drinking water like it's my job.

The tidbits I've gathered include:
-Do not compare your progress to others. Progress is progress.
-Water is KEY. The more you drink, the more you lose.
-Initiative is good. Follow through is critical. Consistency equals results.
-Learn to forgive yourself. Just because you had that glass of wine or those cookies does not mean you're ruined.

Anyway, the proof is in the pudding!

    Great job and great tips too. I need to remember to drink more water because you are totally right! Weeks I drink more water I have definetly noticed a greater loss. Keep up the good work girlie!
