Hello i am starting all over since i took a few months off from working out and eating right because my life just got crazy . i am in need a of workout \weight loss buddy we can help each other motivated. i am in California we can help get each other moving :)

    I gained almost all my weight back and its so hard to get motivated to do it all over! Not gonna let up again once I get going though!
