Climbing back on the wagon!

Hello everyone! I lost 20 pounds and was at my ideal weight several years ago, but for some reason 2010 was a challenge for me throughout the entire year. Now that 20 pounds are back, but the good news is that I know how to get rid of them and I'm committed to doing it.
Funny, but with only 20 pounds on me, I feel horrible! Lethargic...acid reflux acting up again. It makes me so scared for everyone who has a lot more weight to lose. You literally feel like a different person when you are at your best weight.
Yeah...committing to daily exercise and eating right is difficult, but the ramifications of NOT doing it are SOOOO much harder to deal with! Thank goodness that I woke up when I did!
I'm here to get support, but also to support others! Look me up on Facebook too! Judy Jarrett Zavislak. I have tons of fitness friends on there, but I could always use more!

I am on the same boat as you. I did P90x last yaer and lost about 17 pounds and now I weigh 20 pounds more. I feel horrible even though people tell me I look fine. I just want to fit in my clothes again!0

Sounds like it isn't just about losing weight, but changing your eating habits too. Your 'ideal weight' picture does look great so there's no blaming you for wanting to get back to that. We're here for you and hoping to give as much encouragement as possible. Just let us know what you need.0

You CAN do this!
This is a prime example of why diets DON'T work. You have to change the way you eat FOREVER and get active on a regular basis FOREVER. Temporary changes only give you temporary results.
Good Luck!
