Bfast Shake

I am trying to loose weight and in the morning I make a skim milk, fat free yogurt and banana shake, should I add a scoop of protein powder to it to keep me full longer or just as is? Also if anyone has any recipes id love to hear them! Thanks =)

  • Have you tried google searching recipes. I saw ehow had a good one. I'm sure you can find some that way. I know I've been meaning to find shake recipes as well.
