    I love my FitBit. While I may not get as many steps as I should, I'm more conscious of my movements. I wear mine daily and it does seem to be pretty accurate. I don't know about the FitBit Flex but I wear my One on my pants right at my hip, or clip it to my bra if I'm wearing a dress and it seems pretty accurate.

    I am also a Grammie and on MFP. I do half marathons and have recently lost a lot of weight which I maintain by running and walking. I'd love to add you but not sure how? I went to both of our sites and it says add by email or facebook. I'll add you on here and we'll start there.

    Just figured it out!!! If you are interested in doing challenges (I think I'd really like the challenges) and having someone that walks/runs around to motivate you, I'm your woman. I'm a grammie of 3 who recently lost a lot of weight, I maintain the loss by walking and running. I'm 50 and in the best shape of my life. I do half marathons and anything else that comes my way. I won't be in your face telling you what to eat, we're all adults, I'll be here to congratulate you when you get out there and move!!!
