Hi - I was just wondering what everyone's weight goal is in contrast to your height?

5'3"....currently 130lb....goal is between 118-120lb....not sure that will happen......but I'm trying0
-
I'm aiming for 130lb and I'm 5'4. It's really just an arbitrary number I picked though - I will have to see as I approach that number if it's the right target for me. I've never been that small as an adult so I have no idea what to expect!0
-
I'm 5'4.5" - Aiming for 125-135 range depending on muscle and comfort when I get there.0
-
5'8" shooting for 135-140. However, I'm a guy, so I don't know if that helps at all...0
-
I am shooting for a overall loss of closed to 150lbs to about 165 lbs. I figure it should take about two to three years.0
-
between 130 and 140. Once I get to 140 I will have a better idea of where I need to be.0
-
I'm 5'4" and 106 pounds (7.6stone). Hoping to gain a stone, but with muscle.0
-
I am 5'7" and my goal is 125 lbs. It is the weight I feel I will either be able to hide it or justify the cost of surgery to fix the craptacular job my OB did when I had my c-section.0

I'm 5" 3
At first I wanted to be 120 lbs but now that I'm around there, I I want to get to 125 and also considering 130 if I don't like 125.
But won't go past 130.0 -
5'5" 120 lbs (steady for the past forever)
UGW = 135 lbs of beastly muscle
is this possible? quite probably not. i have no idea how big i can actually get, because i still suck at teh eating. :blushing:
if i can just gain anything and keep it on i'll be happy, and ready to move into phase II. (phase I is EAT MOAR and i struggle with it still.)0 -
I'm 5'2...I started at 144...my goal is 127.0
-
I'm 5'9 I started at 395 my goal is 2250
-
5'5....aiming for 145-150 lbs but if I get somewhat close that that I will be happy.0
-
5'5. Currently at 160, aiming for 150. Then I will re-evaluate.0
-
I am 5'6"
My starting weight was 260
My current weight is 235.5
My goal weight is 1500 -
I'm actually lighter than my goal. I'm 5'9" and my goal was 155 because that's what I weighed when I was in my best shape ever, probably around 1996-97. So...I lost over 35 lbs (some was pre-MFP), got down to 155 and guess what? I looked like a lighter version of what I did 35 lbs ago!
What went wrong? Why didn't I look as good as I did all those years ago? Oh yeah, I was working out regularly and diligently back then! Now I'm going to the gym again and not worrying about the number on the scale.
Moral of the story: congrats to anybody who has a goal and reaches it but don't be surprised if what you see in the mirror after hitting your goal weight isn't 100% what you were hoping for. Weight loss does not necessarily equal body recomposition. Lift heavy things and put them back down, it will make a difference.0 -
I'm 5'5" - current weight 134.6 - goal weight 130.0
-
Mine probably sounds really high...I am 5'8" and aiming for the range of 160-170, roughly.
(for a little reference I weighed well over 200 for 22 years and my highest weight was 307...comfy now at 184 but still wanna lose more of course)0 -
Hi! I'm 5'2" and am aiming for a 125-lb weight.0
-
I'm 5'1" and my goal weight was originally 135, which was somewhat arbitrary. I'm currently 137.8 and have decided to now aim for around 130. Weight goals tend to change as you lose fat and/or gain muscle.0

Hi!
I'm 5'6 and currently 106 pounds.

Hi there, I am 165cm (5'5") and felt my best when I was 56kg (123lbs)... I am currently aiming to be between 120-123lbs again.0
