Good morni9ng my gorgeous loves! This is going to be such an awesome day for all of us! Lets sghake off this humpday stress and make some great choices. I would love to see all of us get at least 9 glasses of water, and stay under cals. I know we can do it. You pppl are simple amazing. Each of you is a perfect masterpiece and I am blessed to know you. Lets kick todays butt Team Ed style!

  • My goals are to eat better than yesterday, run at least 45-50 minutes, and get to bed at a decent time. I am also very proud of all of you teamsters!!! Keep on keeping on! Hope everyone has an awesome day!

  • Hey everyone! :) My goal for today is to stay under my calories :) I might try and get some exercise in, but we'll see how that goes, have to go to the funeral home soon, so I dunno how I'll be feeling, although, a nice walk might make me feel better :)

    My goals are to get back on track. Yesterday I ate a thousand calorie pizza which made me feel sick the rest of the day. I was also below 8 cups of water yesterday for the first day in a while. So a good water intake and no nasty meals is definitely a good goal for today.

    Also, thanks for the info on monster sets. I definitely need to get my strength up first before I try those, considering 10 pounds less on some exercises with dumbbells would be 0. But once I make some more progress, they are definitely something I am interested in trying.

    Morning all. Happy Wednesday!!! I hit all of my goals from yesterday except for my exercise. Went to bed last night and didn't even think about the push ups or situps until I woke up this morning. So, that is the goal for today. Remember the exercises and do them. Everything else is starting to become second nature.

    My goal is same as yesterday, but my overall goal is to take it one day at a time, in ten pound incriments. That way I don't feel overwhelmed or skeerd!

    My goals for today are:
    Do day 5 of my diet pepsi free month
    Stay under my calories
    Do shread level 2
    Water, water, water

    I'm at 5 waters already, and I plan on exercising after work. And of course, staying under my calories. I think I was too far under yesterday though.

    Hey, are we going to do a specific weigh-in day and share, like other groupls do?

    If so I vote for either Monday or Friday, as those are the 2 days I weigh regularly.

    Suggestions:

    Do a weekly thread, or just one big one that will carry over once it hits 500 posts....

    Or even just put the link to the new thread at the bottom of the old one. I never even find the day's thread till the day is half over!

    But I like the ONE BIG thread idea best.

    Started my day with Jillian Michael's Shred, will end it with a zumba class. I plan on making good choices during the day!

    I'm already at 6 glasses of water and it's only 9.30am... LOL. I'll totally get those 9 glasses in Ed! I did OK yesterday although I think my headache was caused by dehydration (despite drinking plenty of water) and too few cal's. So today I'm gonna do much better!

    I'm already on glass #4 and 5. I have also done AM Yoga this morning. Will be doing Day 2 of Couch to 5k this afternoon.

    Sounds like everyone is doign awesommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmme! I have gotten almost 8 glasses down. I am shooting for 12 today. Gonna go running later.

    Stayed under my cals today, got a little ab workout in and had 10 glasses of water (will probably even have two more).
    Guess it was a good day.

    Stayed under my calories today and got a little burn in with a 30 minute walk tonight. Ready to hit the hay tonight so I can get ready for another great day tomorrow.
