I had VSG and feel pretty great so far! I would love to have more friends because I feel like it's a huge motivation when you have people cheering you on! I'd love to see what other patients are eating too! Sometimes it's really hard to figure out what I should have.

I had VSG myself on February 10th and it was the best decision of my life. I agree that adding friends on MFP has helped-from looking at other diet entries to the "like" support. We can do this!0

Had my VSG on 03/31, best decision, ever! I may struggle with stalls, but I am pushing through. We can do this together!0

I am Noel and I am a I am a post op of a vsg nearly 7 years out and have successfully lost over 200lbs. I have had a 10lb creep up over the winter and am determined to lose it. I know pretty much everything there is to know about long term life with a sleeve...if u need anything give a holler
