Ninja Ultima or Nutribullet

I thought I wanted a juicer, however, after researching, I believe I want the fiber that the juicers remove. So now, I am trying to decide which to buy....Ninja Ultima or the Nutribullet. I want to be able to use fruits, veges & nuts. I currently have a Ninja Kitchen System but smoothies still seem a little thick. Is the ultima worth the extra money? Suggestions, recommendations please!

if it's too thick and not lumpy just add a bit more liquid:

    milk
    soy milk
    almond milk
    coconut water
    or just plain H2O

    I love my nutribullet

I find seeds are always going to be there (ie: flax, hemp hearts, raspberry seeds) they get broken up but don't disappear

I do have a ninja blender and it cant do what the bullet does. However the blender makes better protein smoothies. Id say get one just dont use heated dry on the dishwasher.
  • I would assume if it is too thick it needs more liquid, milk, water etc

I recently tossed my Nutribullet and purchased a Nutri Ninja. Big difference and the seeds, thing of the past, the Ninja disinegrates them! It's awesome. I had 2 Magic bullets and a Nutribullet and won't buy any bullet products any more. There is a Nutri900 by bullet now but I won't take a chance.

Love my nutribullet - but I have to agree with the others, if it is too thick add more liquid. I started using water in my smoothies because when I used almond milk I didn't want extra calories so I'd only use 1 cup. With water I just fill it to the max line, which must be more than a cup because they are a lot easier to drink now. Found this out when I ran out of milk...

I have both. I love my Nutribullet and use it everyday for my green smoothies. It's great for breaking down greens, veggies and nuts.

My Ninja is for making sorbets, "ice cream" and fruit smoothies which leaves a nice, thick consistency.
