Back Again!!

I am returning to MFP after taking a "break" since July. My best friend and I are weighing in together each week. We started today. The weigh in was humiliating, yet motivating ( I guess). I really need to lose about 60 lbs, but I'm not going to think that far ahead - just going to take things a week at a time.

My family is going on a cruise the second week in June - so I have my sights set on that trip! I have borrowed the 30-day shred DVD from my neighbor, so my husband and I are going to start that tomorrow night. Would start tonight, but I work night shift and will be at work tonight.

The hardest part of this is going to changing my eating habits. I am a very picky eater, so healthy foods are hard for me. I love junk food. Going to take it meal my meal, and consider the cookie that I left in the cookie jar a small victory.

I have come to realize that I have no choice about making changes. I am miserable about everything that has to do with my body, and I'm tired of being miserable!
