I usually eat around 1200 cals per day but today I had 1600 cals. Am I going to gain weight?

It doesn't really work like that....

To boot, 1600 is still a calorie deficit unless you are very short and very sedentary...and then it might possibly be maintenance. The average female maintains on 1800 - 2000 calories per day with little in the way of deliberate exercise.

If that's you in the picture, I would suggest eating 1600 calories more often because 1200 calories is really suitable for short and/or oldish and rather sedentary females to lose weight...it is not a maintenance number for pretty much anyone other than a 90 year old 4 foot nothing female. If you are at all active and don't have more than about 50 Lbs to lose, you would be doing yourself a favor to eat more.

You're probably better off eating more than 1200 calories anyway. That's really low.

I gained a lot of weight while I was on vacation for 3 weeks and I'm trying to lose it. My height is 168 cm and I weigh 72.9 kg now. I eat clean, drink lots of water and workout almost everyday.

Based on your stats given and age.

From Scoobys calculator I have for you to lose weight at a healthy rate with lightly active you should be eating between 1800-2000 calories per day. If you are more active then 'lightly' you should be eating more then that.

So yes, I want to say 1200 is much too low

As well weight gain from vacation is most likely sodium and water weight, which is not fat.
