I raise rabbits. The white meat ones. I killed two of them yesterday and ground up all the meat like hamburger. I tried looking up the calorie for rabbit but its either stewed or roasted. Does anyone know how much rabbit is? Almost allof the fat was removed and when I cooked it there was no fat in the pan. The only reason we ground it is because my husband only likes it fried and that is way to much calories. I made stew for dinner and I used 10 oz of the meat I had. I made a big pot. Thanks for your help.

I love rabbit, but I haven't had a chance to eat it in a long time. I used to eat it a decent amount as a kid.0
