Off track of P90x what to do?!?!

i was doing so well in p90x then i got a job and i couldnt do an hour of working out between work and well, work. i just got laid off :(, should i start over? or just take off where i left?

    Why not just start over? It's only 60 days.

    How long have you been off? If it's been awhile, you might be better off starting over. If you feel like you can work at the level you were at, maybe just start the block that you were in over from the beginning.

    On to your question:

    It's exercise, not rocket science; you can start over if you want to or pick up where you left off. There's really nothing magic about the program that you can't do the workouts off schedule.

    I vote you workout.

    If it were me, I would start over. I like the concept of resetting, and I like following programs from start to finish.

    You should start going PX90 again if you liked it - from wherever you want! (Heck, try it backwards!)

    If you're keeping track of progress (fit test, measurements, etc.), start over. Otherwise, just get moving again.
