I posted a couple months ago, but I can see the difference even more now and I want to recruit more friends!
Before I joined MFP, I lost about ten pounds, lost an additional 23 while using this app since November.
Left is late October 2013 at 220 pounds, size 22 pants
Right is late April 2014 at 197 pounds, size 16 pants
For those who have lost more than me... you inspire me and I can't wait to be as successful for you!
For those of you just starting your journey... join me and let's do this together!

Random questions, are those yoga pants in the after picture from Cost Co?0 -
GREAT JOB!!
You can tell you are so much smaller around the waist area.
WOOOHOO.
It doesnt matter how much you've lost compared to others because 5 lbs on you make look like 40 on another. Thats why we can only compare ourselves then to ourselves now:)
Keep up the great work!0 -

Way to go! I'm almost in the same boat as you. I got to my highest weight in March this year - 213 lbs. I lost 5 lbs the last week of March before re-starting MFP and as of this morning I'm down to 199lbs. Not doing any back flips yet, but it's a start! I'm always up for making friends!0

You are well on your way! Congrats to you!0
