Hi,

So I wanted to know about the total calorie intake and macros because in a recent discussion I read the the numbers on MFP could be wrong and not to follow it

MFP recommends:

1910 total calorie
Carb 55%
Protein 20%
Fat 20

On the macros I can't remember exactly because I changed it a few minutes ago to this

Scoobysworkshop.com

Carb - 25%
Protein - 55%
Fat -20%

The only thing I am not sure which number to put for my caloire intake because these are the numbers that it shows:
Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) - 2011
Daily calories to maintain weight (TDEE)- 2414
Daily calories based on goal in step 6 1931 - (step 6 wasLose Fat 20% calorie reduction)

I need help with which one to put on my MFP settings.

So if you are trying to lose weight.
Then you should eat at or below 1930 calories.
And your macros will comprise those calories.

For some people MFP can be way off because they set an unrealistic weight loss goal. For instance, someone with only 20 pounds to lose shouldn't try to set their goal to 2 pound per week. This creates too high of a calorie deficit and can be detrimental in the long run. However, going by the numbers you posted, you set your goal realisticly as the goal from MFP's NEAT method and the TDEE-20% you got from Scooby are very close.

While it's usually not recommended for people to eat below their BMR, a goal of 1930 is just 80 calories below so no big deal Just make sure to re calculate your numbers after every 5-10 pound loss.

Also, it appears your TDEE is based on a sedentary lifestyle. That's fine if you're not currently exercising but make sure you recalc your TDEE if you decide to start working out.

TLDR - set your daily goal to 1930 and try to meet that goal as often as possible.
    Good luck!
