I have a ruptured disc in my lower back l-4 l-5 with upper spinal stenosis(swelling squeezing my spine..yuck!) around Christmas I lest the ability to use my legs due to a screw up with an epidural shot,,,but with physical therapy I'm almost back to normal just have balance problems bc my right leg is stronger than the left.. I watched and inspiring video on an amazing person who used yoga to become strong again and very healthy along with clean eating, he had lost the ability to walk without help after an injury..I couldn't help but think it might work for me too. But there are so many workouts out there.. For those who do yoga. What workouts would you recommend? Thanks bunches!!!!

Wow, sounds like you've had a lot to deal with! I've been meaning to start doing yoga, too, but haven't made the time for it yet... I've always heard that it's much better to take classes from a trained instructor, and with your issues I think you REALLY should look for someone who will know how to work around your back, etc. maybe your physical therapist can recommend one? Good luck! Wishing you well!0

I have this one and when I am actually doing it, it helps immensely.
