If you are looking for delicious chicken recipes that are low in calories and points then try this quick and easy Chicken Picante recipe. Each serving is only about 200 calories and 4 Weight Watchers points.
Even though picante chicken is low in calories and fat your whole family will enjoy it. In fact, it may be one of those recipes that you reach for often; especially when you are in a hurry.
Serve over 3/4 cup of brown rice and a green vegetable for a complete meal that will only set you back 7 points. This quick and easy meal can be put together in just minutes and only takes about a half hour in the oven.

Instructions.Things You'll Need:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
1 jar (16 ounces) picante sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
squirt of prepared yellow mustard (about as tablespoon)
Prepared brown or white rice

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking dish with non stick cooking spray.

Place chicken breasts in baking dish side by side.

Combine the picante sauce, brown sugar and yellow mustard. Pour evenly over the chicken breasts.

Bake Chicken Picante uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. For 7 point meal place chicken and 1/4 of the picante sauce over 3/4 cups rice. Serve with 0 point vegetable on the side such as green beans or broccoli.
