Ok, this is a fairly poorly written nutritional chart, but here goes...

Starting with the popcorn, they give the macros for 37.5g popcorn with 12.5g popping oil on page 3 - last section (+the * sentence at the bottom of the page). However, the calorie section is blank so you could try using the MFP calculator to find out the calorie content of plain popcorn + popping oil.

Now the toppings: Same page, third section from the bottom, They give the calorie and macro information for 100g of two different toppings - Becel (whatever that is?!) and Clarified butter.

The huge problem with this chart is that, unless I've missed something, there is absolutely no indication of how much popcorn(+oil) or toppings constitute a small/medium/large serving! So I can't see a way to calculate calories/macros for your regular popcorn(or whatever size). It seems they have made the token effort of making a nutrient chart(probably because they are legally obliged to) but haven't made it possible for you to know what is in a serving! I can't see a way to work this out without contacting the company directly, as even if you weighed your popcorn (which would be pretty awkward in the cinema anyway!) you wouldn't know how much topping is on it.

I don't know if it will be the same for where you are, but at my local cinema (an ODEON in the UK) They have the calories per serving written on the price-board.

Personally I prefer to bring my own (healthy) snacks(maybe even a bag of popcorn!) to the cinema as then I know exactly what I'm getting. But I know that even though cinemas in the UK (or in my area at least) allow you to bring your own food, it may differ in other areas/countries?

Sorry I couldn't be more help, but the info just doesn't seem to be there!

Just tried searching MFP and according to the database a small cineplex popcorn with butter has 580 calories. Hmmm. I'd bring my own! Or if not allowed, buy something in the cinema that's packaged and will have nutritional info on it so you know for sure.

Generically I assume 100 calories per cup of buttered movie popcorn. Small popcorn in America usually 7cups. I eat half a small bag with the butter oil at 350 calories. I assume the higher calorie count because some people are heavy on the butter oil. If I am watching my calories very closely I buy a diet coke but sneak in a slim Jim.
