Exercises targeting the belly

im trying to lose 20kg and im currently just using the elliptical and boxing. Is there any exercises that target the belly area?
If so can they be done indoors? Thanks it will help a lot!

    no unfortunately you can not spot-reduce, you can't pick an area to work on and have the fat disappear only from there. You can exercise your abs all you want but the fat will come off in a genetically predetermined fashion and eventually, your belly fat will go but chances are not great that it will go first. it will just happen when it happens, as long as you stick with it.

    You can't spot train your body will lose weight where it wants to, however, you can do exercises to strengthen your core and thats where things like planks, pendulums, and situps help.

    Just keep working hard=)
