I just read an article touting the benefits of the Clean cleanse from Junger's book. I'm just wondering if anyone here had tried it and what they thought? It sounds tough!

Hi,
You should try looking at a book by Tosca Reno called eat clean diet, it has recipes and advice on eating clean.
I have just read it but am probably not disiplined enough to eat clean all the time but do plan to use a lot of the ideas and recipes. I am sure i have read a post on here somewhere and lots of people where offering advice so perhap just type clesn into the search bit.
Good luck . xx0 -
Yeah I own the book as well as several of the cookbooks. We've been doing a modified version of the Eat Clean diet since last year. Clean is actually a 3 week cleanse so it's really different. I'm going to buy the book tonight and see what I think. Maybe I'll try it and post about it later! Thanks for the suggestion though!0
